BI-WEEKLY JOB CLEANING FOR LADY IN NORTH ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA - Compensation: $10.00 per hr. in Saint Petersburg, Florida

Looking for independent LOCAL cleaning lady..... No commercial companies will be considered.
Have had several people from the local college over the last few years but they have moved on after graduation.
Home is on 51st Ave North in Lealman Hights for a local doctor.......I will consider students also.
Looking for detail oriented person to clean my 1,500 sq. ft. very neat, uncluttered and organized home in Lealman Hights
section of North St. Pete with my own cleaning supplies & dirt devil vacuum cleaner.
Duties include:
Vacuuming all carpets floors in bedroom, kitchen, living room, bath room, den, hall & Florida room. Some small moping also.
Dusting all surfaces including ceiling fans, clean all glass, clean kitchen, shower, toilet, bath with a large mirror and floors.
You must have have valid driver's license or state ID & you will need to speak English.
No cigarettes unless smoked outside, No drugs of any kind.
No prior arrests & your background will be checked prior to starting.
